A Little Bit About Us
Green Mountain Bee Farm is family-owned and operated by Michael and Nicole Willard in Fairfax, VT. We are located in Vermont's northern Champlain Valley nestled in the foothills of the Green Mountains.
Michael is a Vermont Certified Beekeeper and is past President of the Vermont Beekeeper's Association. We are also members of the Eastern Apicultural Society.
Our bees produce the finest regional Vermont honey from wildflowers in the Champlain Valley.
We produce honey, skin care products, northern Vermont queens and nucleus colonies that are acclimated to cold weather climates. We rear our queens from select breeding stock that has proven survivability to northern Vermont winters, are good honey producers, and are gentle to work.
Our goal is to help educate and serve the needs of local beekeepers; paying it forward.
